I am so glad you made this first step towards healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in Marriage and Family Therapy concepts and systemic thinking. I use evidence-based practices to help you build awareness, confidence, and meaningful change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.
My Vietnamese American background has shaped who I am today. As a Vietnamese American, I value cultural identity in the healing process and enjoy learning from diverse perspectives.
While completing my graduate work at Friends University, I received the Sheldon Louthan Award, recognizing an outstanding Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student. This honor affirmed my dedication to fostering authentic, healing relationships.
On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, our two small dogs, and trying out new restaurants.
