Taking care of yourself is one of the most generous things you can do. I believe that through mindfulness, self care and wellness we are capable of developing healthy coping strategies to overcome life's challenges–at any age. There is hope. We are not our mistakes. Our ability to self-regulate has roots back to childhood. Through therapy, it is my goal to walk beside you as you explore those roots and make meaningful connections in the pursuit of healing. I bring heart and warmth to each session and create a non-judgemental environment to heal in.
