"We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are." - Max De Pre If you have located my page, your looking in the mirror and can't connect with the person you see. Maybe you don't even know where they belong. You're confused and overwhelmed, and feel as if your whole life is based on a lie. You don't know where to start or who to trust, and the confusion is so consuming you can’t focus on your daily tasks.
You want independence and love. You desire peace. You want the chaos and fighting to slow down. You’re searching for inclusion, worthiness, love and/or freedom. Asking for help is challenging, but it also can be life-changing. |
My Approach & PhilosophyMy approach to therapy is holistic in nature. I believe we are all complex and unique human beings, so it is important for me to provide an inclusive and nonjudgemental environment. Our therapy rooms are a place where you can tap into your thoughts, explore change, and begin to explore your peace.
There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and allow you a place to be yourself. I am always open to hear your feedback, concerns, and questions. As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies:
I believe that you are worthy of love and care. I believe that change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work. I believe that sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end. I believe that Brene Brown was right when she said, "Owning your story is the bravest thing you'll ever do.” |
